Our services are tailored to each property owner’s needs and are adaptable to the rapidly changing rental market. We take a hands-on, personalized and service-oriented approach to property management by acting as a proxy between owners, their real estate investments, and their tenants.
Owner clients are updated with bi-weekly reports via email or phone conference as to any and all recent activities or events related to the property.
Property Evaluation

- Accurate property valuation with analysis of current market conditions including competitor’s rents and recent apartment sales.
- A management plan designed to help you make informed decisions about your investment strategy and long term goals.
- In house and 3rd party evaluations to provide accurate and transparent income performance data for your property.
Bookkeeping and Rent Collection
- Collection of monthly rents.
- Full service bookkeeping including a monthly report of collections and expenses.
- Retail property CAM reconciliations and percentage rent billing.
- Management of any onsite staff or maintenance personnel.
- Personal oversight and scheduling of maintenance and repairs.
- Frequent property inspections to ensure proper appearance, functioning and upkeep.
- Posting of notices and/or warnings for inspection or repair.
- Fielding and resolving all tenant issues with or without owner involvement.
- Serving of notices and oversight of eviction process.
